After completing the LCC Massage Therapy program in 2005, I ran a coffee shop with my family and finally attained my Massage Therapy License in 2007.  I simultaneously completed a 2+yr Apprenticeship with the Columbines School of Botanical Studies as well as a Biofeedback Technician certification.  I am also lucky enough to have learned Reiki Mastery from Laura Magpali.  From there I didn’t look back.

I worked locally with an incredible Sports Massage Therapist-Mike Blackmore for 10+yrs, at Footloose for about a year and Veneta Medical Clinic for 6yrs.  I was involved in running the Columbines School of Botanical Studies Clinic as well as co-taught classes for advanced practitioners in Anatomy/Physiology and Physical Assessment for 6yrs.  I have worked with PTs, Chiropractors, MDs and seek to bring an impeccable standard to the realm of Massage & Bodywork.  My focus has always been client centered.

The progression: Reiki, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Injury/Surgery Repair, Structural Integration, Trauma work, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, Trigger Point, Pregnancy, Active Integrated Stretching, Hot Stone, Cupping

As an active practitioner, I have maintained a rigorous continuing education schedule and am also fortunate enough to work towards and attain a Certification in Til Luchau’s Advanced Myofascial Techniques, which in it of itself connotes dedication, commitment, and a willingness to curiously explore and question outdated models.

Advanced Myofascial Techniques has roots in Cranial Sacral, Osteopathic, Structural Integration, Rolfing, Feldenkreis, Mindfulness Practices.  It is through our own proprioceptive acuity, that we are able to be free in our bodies.

My main specialty is Advanced Myofascial Techinques.
